Sellers dont worry buyers are starting to flood the market. In the past three weeks I have executed six contracts; this gives me hope that the market is not only not in a downslide but it is making a raging move forward.
Now keep in mind that most of these contracts are for homes that were priced competitively not the ones listed for top dollar. Homes are moving but sellers make sure you listen to your Realtors and make sure you list it for good price.
Look at it this way if you were looking for a home in todays market and you happened to look on your street what would you look for. Make sure that you can look at your home today and still want it as much as the day you bought it.
