Looking for your next home? Do it while it is cold. Sellers tend to think that a winter months tend to be bad months for selling your house. This can normally be true but in the market we are in now there is no better time to sit next to a crackling fire and start your search for new homes. With all the incentives out there i.e. all-time low interest rates, tax credits out the wazzoo, and the mass of foreclosures on the market; why would you wait? I wouldn’t you need to make that move now and with all the left over inventory from our so-called recession seller are begging Realtors to bring them contracts. I can't tell you how many times I have heard and said this week my seller are looking at everything.
